Being from Bradford and having brilliant curry houses we were somewhat sceptical about Bollywood Spices. We needn't have worried. Excellent service from Navi and top notch food. My wife said that her Chicken Madras was one of the best she had ever had. High praise indeed.

The Food is outstanding we have been 3 times in a month for every visit we couldn't fault anything. The 2 waiters are a credit to this restaurant very polite nothing too much trouble.
We have known the owner of this restaurant for 10 yrs he is an amazing gentleman and the food here is the best you will ever have , everything fresh and hot , service is fantatsic and in a beautiful settling overlooking caleta . This place is a must to visit whilst here , more than a 5 star rating this place needed .
Visited after reading the reviews on here, wasn’t disappointed, had a beautiful meal with nice friendly service, will definitely return. Got to say the peshwari naan was the best we’ve ever had.

The onion bhajis are absolutely gorgeous. You get 4 delicious bhajis if you order as a starter. They really are superb. I also followed this with Chicken Shashlik which was absolutely fantastic. My wife had Chiken Tikka Sag. You can ask for your preferred level of spicey heat which makes it a perfect taylor made meal. I really recommend this restaurant. I ate there twice and really enjoyed both meals. Thank you very much Bollywood Spices
We had a lovely meal here . The whole experience was really nice.Very helpful and attentive staff. The food was to a very high standard and the price was suitable.If you are in Calete we definitely recommend a trip up the hill. Well worth it…
We had a lovely at Bollywood.It was a bit of a walk from where we were staying but well worth it.The food is excellent and the service really good.Highly recommended.
We were staying nearby & decided we’d try it out. We had walked by a previous evening & one of the employees gave us a 10% discount, which we thought was a nice gesture. Both myself & my daughter had chicken tikka masala & my husband had chicken tikka tandoori. We had pilau rice, popadoms & garlic naan bread altogether as we didn’t want starters. We all enjoyed our dishes. When the bill was made up, I presented the 10% discount & without being asked the bill was reduced. We were also given a drink on the house (a neighbouring table recommended the honey rum & he was spot on) Overall, the food was delicious & the lads who served us were very attentive. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Bollywood Spices.
Visited yesterday for an evening meal. Have always wanted to visit on previous visits to the island but never got there and we weren't disappointed. The food was 5 star and so was the service. Will be visiting again.
Back again during our annual holiday to Fuste!! It’s still worth the long walk to visit our favourite Indian in the area. Staff remain friendly and food is tasty and big portions/reasonable prices. I went for the Chicken Tikka Pathia and when asked how hot said Madras hot which was a mistake as it was almost too hot to eat and I go for Madras when I’m home! My wife chose the Chicken Shashlik which she thought was amazing! We visited 7 different restaurants during our holiday and we don’t believe Bollywood should be ranked number 1 but suspect this is because you’re given a business card on leaving requesting you post a review on tripadvisor. Credit to the restaurant for coming up with this idea I suppose .. we’ll be back next year :-)
